Is it hard for you to share your faith with others? Do you hesitate to speak up in a conversation even when you know you have The Answer to your coworker’s problem or a neighbor’s dire situation? If you’re holding back, I’m here to encourage you that maybe — just maybe — you’re making “sharing your faith” harder than it needs to be... Certainty in the Age of AI
The world needs Jesus. In the age of AI where truth is brought into question, the world needs certainty. People all around you are crying out for surety, something to believe in. Something real, authentic, true. That’s what Jesus is, right? He is the way, the TRUTH and the life. And if you’ve embraced faith in Jesus Christ, then you and I — we are the light. We are the ones who can shine God’s light into the world. A Faithful Witness The moon has gotten a lot of attention lately with Artemis, NASA’s new lunar exploration program. People are fascinated by the shining globe and the possibilities it may hold for the future. One of my favorite scriptures is about the moon. “His seed shall endure forever, And his throne as the sun before Me;. It shall be established forever like the moon, even like the faithful witness in the sky. Selah” Psalm 89:36-37 NKJV The psalmist calls the moon “the faithful witness in the sky.” Ever shining, always there, drawing the attention of every man, woman and child who looks up in the nighttime sky to see its glowing beauty. And yet, the moon has no light of its own. Its light comes from a greater light. As believers, we are like that moon. We have no glory of our own, and yet, Jesus said we are the light of the world! (Matthew 5:14) We are the ones called to reflect God’s glory to the world. We are ambassadors of Christ, ever-present reminders of HOPE – LIFE - TRUTH to a needy world. If you’ve held back from sharing your faith, I encourage you to spend a little more time with God. Soak up his presence, soak up his light. Let his word fill your heart and mind and then -- Shine. Be the moon. Be the certainty of a creator God to the people around you — your neighbors, your family, your kids. “Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1 #HowToShareYourFaith #ChristianEvangelism #FaithInUncertainTimes
